My work focuses on how people generate and navigate change to deliver on more sustainable and workable businesses, lives, and livelihoods.

I am the Diageo Professor of Organisation Studies at the Cambridge Judge Business School, and a Fellow of Trinity Hall college, at the University of Cambridge.

I draw on my interdisciplinary background in engineering and management, and more than twenty-five years of research and engagement with leading global firms, to study, teach and advise on:

• Delivering strategically on sustainability/ESG challenges
• Aligning sustainability actions with culture and capabilities
• Harnessing organisational culture and identity to drive change
• Enabling people to align with and thrive through their organisations

My research delivers practical insights for individuals and businesses about effective, authentic pathways to making progress on the most challenging issues of our day.
