Executive Education:

I regularly engage with leading businesses in custom Executive Education on topics ranging from sustainability and ESG transformation, to leading change, and managing through culture. Clients include global professional service firms, technology providers, luxury brands, banks, and non-profits.

I have led the development and delivery of bespoke in-person and on-line programmes in sustainability strategy and ESG transformation.

Advisory and Speaking:

My advisory work includes board and executive management presentations on sustainability topics, the future of work, and cultural change.

I also advise on and review ESG strategy and implementation approaches on a bespoke basis. I have worked with a range of companies in the energy, financial services, and luxury sectors.

Championing Business Research:

I care deeply about the development of the next generation of business school academics, and about how we encourage, measure, and evaluate business school research that is relevant to business leaders and society in addressing critical societal grand challenges.

I currently serve as Vice Chair of the RRBM (Responsible Research in Business and Management) Working Board (see Publications for more on this topic).
